A management professional who started his career as a management trainee with Panalpina in 2012, and later worked with multiple startups at various leadership positions, he brings in over 10 years of diversified experience in Business Operations, Business Development, Project and Program Management across Supply Chain, Logistics, E-commerce & Technology verticals. Has proven experience in managing and leading cross functional teams. Garnered executional expertise in designing, planning, executing projects and new product Rollouts for various FMCG/FMCD & Retail clients in his tenure at various organisations.
A techie at heart, Anmol has 8+ years of experience in the tech industry and is a NIT Suratkal Alumni.
Anmol started his career with Snapdeal, He was the founding team member at Perpule and led the backend engineering team. Eventually Perpule got acquired by Amazon.
Prior to founding meraai, he was a Senior Product Engineer at Gojek, where he was a part of the engineering platforms team.
Anmol takes keen interest in mentoring and nurturing young talent. He also manages an open blog with his insights on latest trends in the domain of Technology.
A BITS Pilani alumni from the 2019 batch, he has an experience of 3+ years in the tech industry. During his previous tenures, he has worked with startups like Ola, cure.fit and Zeta.
He started working on meraai along with Vinay and Anmol as the youngest of the bunch, who are trying to solve the challenges faced by the SMEs and SMBs of the Indian retail ecosystem.
His experience is also aided by his family business background, which he has been a part of since his formative years.
